A self-help book with a heart!
In this one, Michael Samuels discuses what he’s learned about the Universe and how he (and you) can make it work in his (your) favor.
Just Ask the Universe is not a book of New Age gobbledygook filled with empty promise
I really liked how Michael insisted on cutting out the middle-man – the ritual or rigmarole parts that always make my eyes roll whenever I read an advice book.
Instead, Michael takes the core message and passes it directly onto the reader.
Only the Universe can make it happen by connecting you two together, and it will be in the way you least expect.
One of the core teachings is to MB for what you want, and no this isn’t a meditate-and-think (though it can be if you want it to), this is a literal ask the universe-what-you-want sort of shtick.
And after reading book, I think I see why.
When you ask for what you want, and really consider what you need to do to get there, you are able to make yourself aware of what you need to do to achieve your dreams.
Details! It’s all about the details, details, details!
Overall, this ended up being a fun, short read! I enjoyed the tone and the content – and I look forward to reading more by him!
