Prince V’sair may have a stronger grip on who he is and what kind of ruler he plans to be but that doesn’t mean he is able to keep the kingdom together.
V’sair’s evil uncle, Staf Nuen, managed to just barely get away and now V’sair’s brother, Zayden, has made it his personal mission to hunt down the treacherous man.
Tulani – someone who both intrigues and fascinates V’sair – must decide where her loyalties lie.
And throughout all of this, T’sair must find the correct path for not only his people, but for their surrounding planets.
But could he do it in time?
This was a wonderful sequel.
I love that the same energy is carried through and while this one was short, it was plenty punchy.
The plot in book 2 spread out so much but also really worked for me. I enjoyed following the characters on their various adventures and moments of mayhem.
And the way T’sair’s character continued to grow and develop really caught my eye.
All in all, I cannot wait for book 3!
