This was an incredibly heartwarming board book all about a Dad telling his child how important they are to him.
It is an extremely short book but it does such a good job of expressing the love between the father and his child – often hitting on that refrain that ‘you were made for me.’
The illustrations were true perfection for this story – the soft color pallet and the style of the characters really cinched the story.
I really adored just the way love was portrayed in this book – it was so sweet and totally darling. And there’s so few books that focus only on the dad & child relationship, so I definitely appreciated that.
