In this series of short stories, we learn exactly what it feels like to be a working woman in a man’s world.
To feeling those first few moments of aging and eventually accepting that change.
To supporting each other through illnesses.
To feeling your adult children leaving the nest away or to find a way to keep that marriage going.
Women from all walks of life are included and celebrated in this book.
Overall – I quite liked the style of these short stories.
They weren’t all happy-go-lucky, but they were amusing, uplifting and got me right in the feels.
It was a fun foray into the short story world.
